Thought we would share a few pics of Azi sleeping. These are precious moments as he hardly stays asleep. Ater much experimentation these are the few circumstances under which he will remain asleep:
- Sleeping in close proximity to Mummy, with at least one hand on her. Any deviation from the above situation, irrespective of how much sleep he has already had is met with disagreeable crying and flailing of arms and legs
- Riding in his pram (buggy). For some reason he has an uncanny ability to realize when the pram returns home and he always wakes up screaming as soon has he is through the door. Attempts at tip-toeing and being as silent as possible have been futile
- Aunt Katherine discoverd that he can chew her arm to sleep! I'll let others figure out the science behind that one. Have seen it and hey, who wants to argue with results?
We do hope the stories about him being able to sleep without his Mummy being close at hand after about the 6 week period are true; his cot, whose assembly and positioning was an exericse in patience, beckons.
